At leoquantum, we recognize our responsibility to comply with the law and promote ethical business conduct. We are firmly committed to being a company that can be trusted, and we are constantly working to improve our compliance program.
Our compliance program is based on the following principles:

Our compliance program is managed by an internal compliance officer who reports directly to the Executive Board. The compliance officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring the compliance program.
In addition, we have set up a whistleblower system that allows our employees, customers, suppliers and other parties to anonymously report concerns about possible violations of laws or regulations. The whistleblower system is operated by an independent third party.
